Cao Thanh Lan（ベトナム出身）とGregor Siedl（オーストリア出身）によるユニット。ウィーンを拠点にサウンドアート、領域横断的アート、現代音楽の分野で活動。

最近のサウンドアート作品や領域横断的なプロジェクトの多くは、場所を意識した要素や観客の参加を特徴とし、自然と人工、人間と機械、意図性と非意図性の関係性を考察するなかで、文脈の中におくということが私たちの認識にどのような影響を与えるかについて探求している。そしてそうした考察を、音、身体の動き、光、空間、影などを使った詩的で遊び心に満ちた方法により表現している。

Siedl/Cao with Cao Thanh Lan (she/her) from Vietnam and Gregor Siedl (he/him) from Austria, is a Vienna-based artist group who work in the field of sound art, trans-disciplinary art and contemporary music since 2013. Siedl/Cao is one of 5 groups from Austria that received the award New Austrian Sound of Music 2018-2020 in the category Contemporary Music.

With their recent sound artworks and trans-disciplinary projects, many of which incorporate site-specific elements and audience participation, they research into the relationship between nature and artificiality, human and machine, intentionality versus un-intentionality and explore how contextualization changes our perception. Sound, human body movements, light, space, shadow are amongst their media to convey in a poetic and playful way their reflections on art and humanity.

東京生まれ、京都在住。作曲から始まり、音楽教育、音楽療法、即興演奏などのフィールドをめぐって現在に至る。誰でもできる音楽と誰でもできない音楽を追求中。著書に、『サステナブル・ミュージック』（アルテスパブリッシング）、『親のための新しい音楽の教科書』など。

Born in Tokyo and currently resides in Kyoto. Starting from composition, he has been exploring the fields of music education, music therapy, and improvisation. He is currently pursuing music that anyone can do and music that no one can do. Author of several books.

電子楽器の中の回路基板を剥き出しのまま使った演奏と展示、金属線とスピーカーを用いた演奏などがある。

His works include performances and exhibitions using exposed circuit boards from electronic instruments, as well as performances using metal wires and speakers.

十代前半から西洋古楽、現代音楽、民族音楽などを好んで聴いてきた。廃品等を使った自作のアナログ楽器とエフェクターにより構築するのはあくまでも”音楽”であり、また決して前衛的でなものではない、と本人は思っている。目指すのはソリッドな幽玄。

She has been listening to early Western music, contemporary music, and ethnic music since her early teens. She believes that what she creates with her homemade analog instruments using discarded materials as well as effectors is simply “music,” and not avant-garde at all. Her goal is to achieve a solid sense of yugen.

 2年前の公演で大好評を得て、この会場では2回目となる、木下祐子さんによる原⽂語り「曾根崎⼼中(原作 : 近松門左衛門)」です。 独演前に原文のレクチャーもあり、初めての方でもとても解りやすく、木下さんの鬼気迫る熱演を存分に堪能できることでしょう。今回はクラシック・ギター演奏家の安松太郎氏と、私も少し参加させていただけることとなりました。この貴重な機会、皆様のご来場を心よりお待ちしております。

This is the second performance of “Sonezaki-Shinjū(The Love Suicides at Sonezaki, original story : Monzaemon Chikamatsu)” by Yūko Kinoshita, a storyteller who has performed it for the first time in this venue after its great success two years ago!! Before the solo performance, there will be a lecture on the original text, which will be very easy to understand even for first-timers, so that they can fully enjoy Kinoshita's impassioned performance. This time, classical guitarist Tarou Yasumatsu and I will be joining her. We are sincerely looking forward to seeing you at this rare opportunity !

Masaharu Showji　庄子 勝治

1957年広島生まれ。広島在住。

1992年、ロシアのジャズフェスティバルにて劇的デビュー。国内外のアーティストとセッションをし、各地を飛び回り自らの音世界を追求し続けている。美術、演劇、舞踏、映像など、あらゆる表現媒体と共演可能で、その活躍ぶりは幅広い。

彼の独特な音色と間合いのセンスは、自然を愛し、常にインスピレーションを得るところから派生している。どこまでも有機的で伸びやかな彼の音は、その場所の空気、風や雨音など自然たちと絡み合い、独特の哀感を奏で空間を一変させる。時にダイナミックに荒れ狂い、そして微かな息のように絞り出される音…音で絵を描くがごとく、色彩豊かな表現が聴く者を想像の世界に誘う。音楽というよりは、ひとつのアート作品であると称されることが多い。

アナログ＆デジタル・シンセ、ギター・シンセ、ルーパーを駆使し、プログレッシヴかつアンビエントなサウンドを構築。Led Zeppelin、Pink Floyd、冨田勲に影響を受け、学生時に小西健司、宇都宮泰らに音響を学ぶ。広島にてゲーム制作会社、専門学校非常勤講師勤務の後、現在はソロ活動ほかに即興ユニット「上八木IBM」、ワールドミュージックユニット「芸能片岡組」に参加。DAWレッスンやレコーディングも手がける。瀬戸内海・大崎上島出身。

Started live performances in Nagoya in 1982, and held solo concerts ‘Ji to Zu’ at Shibuya Jean-Jean in 1991-92. Played saxophone to dub some scenes for Machizo Machida as Kaoru Abe in the movie "Endless Waltz" in 1994. Organized monthly improvisation salon concert "Ji to Zu" at Calvados in Imaike, Nagoya, a hundred times in total from 2009 to 2016. Organizing monthly independent concerts at Juroku Plaza in Gifu since February, 2024.

82年名古屋を拠点にライブ活動を開始。91~92年に渋谷ジァンジァンにてソロコンサート『地と図』を開催。94年に映画『エンドレスワルツ』で阿部薫役の町田町蔵（町田康）のサックス演奏シーンの吹替を一部担当。09～16年まで今池のバー「カルヴァドス」で月例の即興サロン『地と図』を通算100回開催。24年2月より岐早じゅうろくプラザで月例自主コンサートを始める。

His work explores the relationship between sound, silence and action in space. He studied music in Basel, Paris and Zuerich, with a concentration in experimental music and improvisation. Kobi performs and creates with various musicians, composers and artists in context of long term partnerships with artists such as Phill Niblock, Jürg Frey, Taku Sugimoto and Keith Rowe. Since 2004 he curates the „zoom in“ festival for improvised music at the Minster of Bern. Christian Kobi teaches improvisation at the Bern University of Arts (HKB).

When improvising solo all comes out of a person: Every detail of the sound, every turn in the flow, any adjustment in the spatial and temporal context are dominated by the person on stage. Christian Kobi pursues a prolific solo carrier alongside his many activities as a saxophonist in Konus Quartett as well as founder and curator of festivals. Through an intensive exploration of improvised music he developed highly personalized sound language.

  

Christian Kobiは音、静寂、そして空間的所作における相互の関係性を探求する。バーゼル、パリ、チューリヒで実験音楽と即興を中心として音楽を学び、フィル・ニブロック、ユルク・フライ、杉本拓、キース・ロウといったさまざまなミュージシャン、作曲家、アーチストたちと演奏および創造的活動において長期的な共同作業を行っている。また、ベルン芸術大学(HKB)で即興について講じる。
2004年にはベルンの大聖堂における即興音楽のためのフェスティバル”zoom in"を創設して芸術監督を務め、2006年に"CUBUS RECORDS"レーベルの共同創設者となる。
2012/13年にはSzofa Budapest (Pro Helvetia 後援)の芸術監督を務める。
2018年、ベルン州音楽賞を受賞。
ソロの即興演奏において、全ては演奏者の内側から発せられる。音のあらゆる細部、流れの変異、空間的・時間的文脈の調整、それらを支配するのはステージ上の人物なのだ。
Christian KobiはKonus Quartettのサキソフォニストとして数多くの活動に参加する傍ら長年に渡りソロ活動を行うだけでなく、さまざまなフェスティバルの企画も行っている。即興音楽の探求に取り組むことを通じてKobiは極めて私的な音言語をつくりあげた。

In recent years, he is doing a series of "natural history" performances, such as carbohydrate solo, picture book readings, tent solo. toilet solo, and "Kurashi no Techo".

The latest performance is "Listening to the sound of a house."

His composition consists of converting things into sounds, and games, figures, and so on.

One of his CD includes a work using the othello game. "Othello/3 Minutes"/Slub Music/SMCD 14/2008/.

He has developed many unique trumpet techniques.

In addition to solo performances, he collaborates in sessions and recordings with many musicians both in Japan and abroad.

He presides over the akibin orchestra, where performers blow empty bottles with movement.

He played in the trumpet duo with Nobuki Yamamoto, the "OMM-pah", in which pieces from 15 seconds to 1 minute are played (disbanded in 2023), and a chamber rock steady band "popo" with Yamamoto and organist Tomota Kitamura. He is a member of the "HOSE" by Taku Unami.

He is a member of the "Oto Asobi no Kai" of people with intellectual disabilities, their families and musicians. He is also in "com+positioon", in which he each time composes and plays music with Mitsuteru Takeuchi and Kazushige Kinoshita. "Taikyoku", a duo he and Kaitsubu alternately play solo endlessly. "Black Mountain", a melody instrumental solo with Kaitsubu,

A support member of the Gratin Carnival. He formed ”New Omm-pah" with Rabito Arimoto in early spring of 2024.

He also curates "Gekkan", "Bessatsu", "Keiongaku and Jumbolee", and so on.

近年は炭酸ソロ、図鑑朗読、テントソロ、トレイソロ、暮らしの手帖（日常品のサウンドテスト）などの”博物学的”パフォーマンスのシリーズを行っている。

最新パフォーマンスは「家鳴りを聴く会」。

作曲活動は 事の音への変換、ゲーム、図形、などによるものがある。

オセロを使用した作品が含まれるＣＤに「Othello/3 Minutes」/Slub Music/SMCD 14/2008/ がある。

トランペットは独自の奏法を多数開発。

ソロのほか国内外の多くのミュージシャンとセッション、録音を重ねる。

動きを伴い空き瓶を吹奏の「アキビンオオケストラ」を主宰。

山本信記とのトランペットデュオ、１５秒から１分ほどの曲をつらつらならべる「OMM-pah」（2023年解散） 同じく、山本とオルガンの喜多村朋太とのチェンバーロックスティディーバンド「popo」 がある。 宇波拓ひきいる「HOSE」のメンバー。

知的障害者とその家族、ミュージシャン、らによる「音遊びの会」所属。

他に、竹内光輝、木下和重とでそれぞれ毎回作曲・演奏などする「com+position」、

貝つぶと主に様々な物品など使用したソロをお互いに延々まわし続けるＤＵＯ「対極」、同じく貝つぶとのメロディーインストＤＵＯ「Black Mountain」など。

グラタンカーニバルのサポートメンバー。

2024年初春に有本羅人と「New Omm-pah」を結成した。

企画に「月刊」、「別冊」、「軽音楽とジャンボリー」、などがある。
